Hardware or Software Lock Options

OmniCADD users can select the option to run the Program with either a hardware or software lock.

Hardware lock option features:

  • The eligible software can be installed on one (1) work PC or laptop and one (1) home PC or laptop.
  • Hardware lock should be attached to a USB port of the computer in order for the software to function.
  • Software can be installed upon receipt of hardware lock which is sent by FedEx.
  • There is an additional charge of $75 USD for the hardware lock plus shipping and handling. 

Software lock option features:

  • The eligible software can be installed on only one (1) computer.
  • An internet connection is required for software registration and eligibility check.
  • Software can be installed immediately after payment is processed. There are no additional charges for the software lock and/or shipping.

Optionally, you can request an installation CD for a $25 USD charge plus shipping and handling.

Renting or Owning OmniCADD Software Options

OmniCADD users have the option to rent or purchase the software. 

Renting OmniCADD Software means:

  • You pay rental fees as shown below. A $50 USD rental initialization fee will be charged per license. The software will be operational during the term of the rental period.
  • An internet connection is required for software registration and eligibility check.
  • An additional fee of $10 USD will be charged for a hardware lock. There is no such fee for a software lock.
  • There will be a fee of $50 USD per license assessed if your software license expires and you wish to reinstate the service.

Owning OmniCADD Software means:

  • You pay to own the software.  The software will not expire during the lifetime of the product.
  • If you purchase the software you will be required to subscribe to a maintenance agreement for a minimum of one year.
  • You can opt into a maintenance agreement to access the latest updates and new versions of the software.

Pricing Information

Demonstration software is available for one (1) month only at the software lock monthly price rate. Should you decide to establish a rental contract, the $50 rental registration set-up fee is waived for prior demo customers.
Monthly rental requires a credit card for auto-billing and a minimum one year contract. Your credit card will be billed at the monthly rate every 30 days. If you cancel before the end of one year, the balance of the annual rental will be charged to your credit card. To avoid auto-billing, rent must be on at least a quarterly basis.
